LEO PAPAGEORGE

After graduating from Queen’s University in 2010, Leo pursued his career in business and entered the Tim Horton’s franchise group with his dad, Stan. Leo operated 10 restaurants and saw over 200 employees in the GTA.
During his 10 year tenor as a franchisee, Leo gained experience in business operations, finance, and development.
In 2016, Leo and his team developed two new restaurants and he became president of a large commercial condominium board. This is when he decided to take the skills he learned in order to pursue his passion for project management and construction.
Leo has worked along side with familiar project managers, architects and engineers including,CBRE, GL Smith, Avenue Architects, RioCan Construction, WSP, K-Paul, EME group, and Quadrangle.
Leo‘s vision to start a commercial construction company became a reality when he joined forces with Chris. His goal was to provide his former fellow franchisees with a product that aligned with the core values he adopted from the founders of Tim Horton’s in-order to improve their individual businesses.
CHRIS ELIADIS

A plumber by trade, Chris began his career in construction in 2005 by starting an apprenticeship program with Stream Line Plumbing.
In 2007, Chris was accepted into the Local 46 plumbers and steamfitters union and joined Urban Mechanical. While there, he was designated to special projects and the service division.
In 2009, he joined the Onyx Mechanical team and short there after was promoted to foreman. Chris worked on many high profile design assist new construction and renovation projects in the GTA. During his time at Onyx he has worked and build relationships with organizations such as PCL, Cadillac Fairview and Rio Can.
After 14 years of construction experience, Chris decided he wanted to lead and challenge the industry by bringing back the fundamentals of integrity and value.
